My Daughter, Suzy, recently began her student teaching, in order to graduate with her Bachelors' Degree in June.  It takes her out of the home all day.   That means Dad's in charge to wake, feed, and drive the children to school, every day.  She spends her weekends cooking and freezing dinners, plus taking care of the home, plus the children, plus, plus plus.....  Since I'm not there I want to help any way I can.But I cannot lie; I saw these biscuit egg muffins at my first linky party.  I was going to follow the link, because they look so yummy..... for some reason, I was distracted..... Later I went back to a few of the parties I had linked to and had no luck finding that particular post.  Though, I won't take any credit for the idea or the recipe, I have taken the time to perfect the ones I now make.  I have worked them so that there are as few ingredients as possible, with as little time involved as possible, as yummy as possible from baking to freezing to reheating.Now I did both bacon and sausage, the sausage had the most flavor.

The recipe is very easy to follow, but I did step by step, it's a way to leave my children my recipes and techniques.
